I have attempted to bake chiffon cake a few times...(okay! maybe more than that) but this time, the result is encouraging. When I saw the top of the cake when unmoulded, I was so happy because it did not have a sunken grove like those previous times. I still need to grasp the techniques especially in whipping the egg white and folding it into the batter. But hey, I did it. Couldn't be happier. My first successful chiffon cake!
